Arise Clinical Psychology is a private psychology practice in Burswood WA. We work with young people (12+) as well as Adults who still feel the struggle to make sense of themselves or their world.

How can we help?

Being a young person can be really tough! Research tells us that the brain does not fully develop until at least the age of 25. You are learning and do many things for the first time, and how to become independent and separate from your parents. Your life is strongly influenced by family, the education system and your friends & peers.

We strongly believe that when facing these challenges, young people and young adults need someone, or a team, with knowledge and understanding of the factors unique to being a young person.

Mental Health
Sometimes mental health challenges can impact on a young person’s development. When young people are feeling that they are able to effectively manage their emotions, they are free to engage in study or work and the activities and interests they want to pursue. They are able to develop meaningful and fulfilling relationships with friends and family. We love to help young people recognise the power that they have in their own lives, no matter what their current circumstances.
